Late check-out is possible upon availability for a surcharge. For information, please contact the Reception.
El-Khan does not have private parking, however, parking along the street is free. Please note, on weekends and holidays the Old City tends to be crowded and we recommend parking outside of the Old City. Need help finding a spot? Contact us.
El-Khan is somewhat accessible to individuals with mobility problems. All three suites are located on a ground level, with pairs of steps leading to the Khan and to each suite.
We offer free WiFi throughout all our public spaces and in all the suites.
As part of an old city with extremely thick walls, cellular reception is very poor to non-existent throughout the Old City.
The suites are smoke-free. Guests can smoke on the terrace, where we offer a convenient seating area surrounding a water fountain.
Luggage storage is available at the Reception free of charge.
If you have any food allergies, please be sure to let us know at least three days prior to your arrival.
Please note there is a 17% VAT for Israeli citizens. This tax is not included in the total price of reservations made through international sites such as Booking and Expedia.
Non-Refundable bookings will be charged when reserved.
In reservations of multiple rooms, policy of reservation and cancellation will be done directly through the Reception.
Reservations including children will be done directly through the Reception.
